The wax prevents the wood from drying out quickly, which reduces the risk of cracks and fungal growth. Може да се използва при температура до -12 °C. It is suitable for storing valuable wood and wood sculptures. It is easy to apply, with a brush. The wax binds to the moisture from the wood even after it dries (within 2-10 o'clock) forms a thin, transparent layer. In very fine sculptures or, when the wood is already very dry, the wax can be diluted slightly with water.
